As a result of lack of privacy due to open plan offices and call restrictions, candidates mainly respond outside working hours, so this is a critical element of our service.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Long listed candidates will then undergo a thorough competency based interview aimed at establishing if they have:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The skills to do the job<\/li>\r\n<li>Have the aspirations to do the job<\/li>\r\n<li>Will integrate easily into the client&#8217;s culture<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Candidate shortlists are accompanied by interview notes and optional behaviour profiling reports.
